Senior Legal Associate: Lois Lai Lay Kim
Lois Lai graduated from National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986 and has been in legal practice since. She started as a legal assistant with Goh Choo Eng & Co and became a partner of the firm. Subsequently, Lois started her own firm, Foo Kwok & Lai Partnership on 1 September 2005 and left the firm on 9 Nov 2009. Thereafter, she joined Ramdas & Wong and was with them until she joined us in 2018.
Lois has more than 30 years of experience and her areas of practice includes real estate and family related matters. She also gained experience on handling developers’ projects when she was with Ramdas & Wong.
